EXPLORING NEW ROUTES
Next Exit Productions started in 2023 from a spark of spontaneity. We weren't seeing enough opportunities for living playwrights creating new, contemporary work to have their plays staged. As playwrights, directors, and actors -- who hang out with playwrights, directors, and actors -- we thought, hey, we've got a talented team energized to produce new works. And we went into action.
Since forming in 2023, we've been committed to bringing new
voices to the stage -- from fully staged theatre productions to
live storytelling with our true storytelling series, Cast Iron
Storytelling.
Our productions mix original theatre, film, music, and creative
design. Our cast & crew of humans span Gen Z to Boomers with
a lot of Gen Xers at the wheel.
Throughout each venture, we strive to bring new works and new voices to the stage as an independent organization devoted to creative exploration. We're risk takers with a wanderlust for new plays and new perspectives.
Next Exit Productions journeys off the main road to bring you groundbreaking stories.
